AM I DOING EVERYTHING I CAN FOR MY SKIN?
Whether your New Year’s Resolution is to KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK or MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS, this is a perfect opportunity to check-in and maybe even learn something new.
MORNING TIP — Moisturize in the Shower!
Keep your body and face moisturizer right there in your shower. While you’re still damp is the best time to moisturize and get the ultimate benefit. You’ll go out the door feeling so FRESH!
BUT – if you prefer an evening shower, this is also a great way to send your body off to sweet dreams!
Towel dry only a bit and apply this lightly fragranced lotion all over and see how quickly it’s absorbed. Your skin will drink in this combination of Aloe Vera Gel, Safflower and Almond Oil, Beet Juice, Black Currant Extract, Balm Mint Leaf Oil, Mango Butter and Natural Essential Oils.
Whatever your skin type, keep this jar handy in your shower to pamper your clean, damp face and start the day off right. With collagen and seaweed extracts, this nourishes as well as moisturizes.
NOON TIP — Clean your face after your lunchtime Pilates or Spin Class!
Unlike gyms, many exercise studios do not offer showers. Pack a small spray bottle of your toner and spritz your face and chest and then wipe off with a few cotton balls. Then dot your face with your moisturizing sun protection and you’ll be ready to go. When you get home, jump into the shower asap!
This formula of Aloe Vera Gel, Witch Hazel, and extracts of Ginseng and Horse Chestnut penetrates deep to clean pores and refresh you after your workout. Best of all, it will clean your skin of sweat, dirt and bacteria.
NIGHT TIP — Why wait til bedtime to remove your make-up?
When it’s late and you’re sleepy – admit it – you sometimes skip your nighttime cleansing routine. So why not do it earlier – when you get home or after dinner? Then you can roll into bed whenever you want, knowing your skin is well taken care of!
For normal-combination to dry and sensitive skin types, it thoroughly – and gently – cleanses your skin.
A soothing combination of Aloe Vera Gel and Extracts of Coltsfoot, Hops, Rosemary Leaves, Carrot and Sage Leaves.
And don’t forget the fragile skin around your eyes …
SO SOOTHING! A formula of distilled water, chamomile and saponaria flower extract make removing eye makeup gentle instead of bruising. No need to scrub or rub – this eye makeup remover is delicate but effective.
MONTHLY — Wash your makeup brushes with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
Remember, you are using these brushes on your skin. Make sure they’re CLEAN!
EVERY THREE MONTHS — Toss your mascara and buy a fresh one.
