ANSWERS TO YOUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT SUN
PROTECTION

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SUNSCREEN?
Choose a sunscreen that protects from both UVA and UVB radiation. Never forget:  even the best sunscreen does not mean you are 100% protected.  SHADE IS YOUR FRIEND. And when you’re out in the sun, wear a hat and sunglasses.  If you still get burned, ask yourself, “Did I remember to reapply?” ALSO:  check the expiration date – more on that below

HOW MUCH
1/2 teaspoon for your face and neck is a good barometer to go by. Go ahead, measure it out so you can see just how much ½ teaspoon is – “That much?” you’ll ask. Yes, that much.Try this:  put half on your face and neck; wait a few minutes; then apply the rest. Your skin will thank you for it!

HOW TO APPLY
Don’t massage it in because then you’ll get too much on your palms. You should still be able to see if on your skin, and then rub it in gently.

HOW OFTEN
If you’re inside for most of the day, then applying liberally in the morning is enough. But at the beach, reapply every two hours.

HOW LONG
If there is no expiration date shown, toss it after 3 years.

ENJOY the SUN . . .

. . . BECAUSE YOU’VE GOT IT COVERED!!
