Many people think they can keep hydrated by simply drinking eight glasses of water a day. But consider this: when you drink water, it goes through your digestive system first, gets absorbed into the bloodstream and is then filtered by the kidneys. Celery  95.4%
Like all foods that are high in water, celery has very few calories – just 6 calories per stalk – so it’s a perfect remedy for hunger pangs.  And it contains fiber plus folate and vitamins A, C and K. Good to know:  due in part to its high water content, celery neutralizes stomach acid, so it helps digestion. It’s even recommended as a natural remedy for heartburn and acid reflex.

Tomatoes – 94.5%
Green peppers – 93.9%
Cauliflower – 92.1%
Watermelon – 91.5% water
Spinach – 91.4% water

Baby carrots – 90.4% 
(Regular carrots have 88.3)
Cantaloupe – 90.2%
